ME MIND at the Internet Festival: two events to discuss the cultural value and social role of cultural organisations as generators of change.Me Mind is ready to dive into the Mare Magnum of the Internet Festival 2022 in Pisa to present and conduct two events focusing on the work of recent months on the impact and value of culture.
Cultural value is a business!
The first event will be held on Thursday 6 October at the Le Benedettine Congress Centre in Pisa and will focus on the dissemination of the Business Model Canvas produced during ME MIND. This is a practical guide to the compilation of a business tool designed for cultural and creative organisations that want to strategically plan their activities, with an eye to the impact they generate and the data needed to measure it.Participants will be guided through the compilation of the business model canvas, a tool commonly known to for-profit enterprises, which has been adapted by the Me-Mind project for the needs of the cultural and creative sector.

Preparing for the Impact
The second event will be held on 9 October at the Gipsoteca di Arte Antica of the University of Pisa with the aim of presenting the results of the impact analysis of the Internet Festival carried out as part of the Me-Mind project. The meeting aims to establish a dialogue with Internet Festival partners to focus the discussion on data collection and analysis of the impact generated by the event during the 2021 edition and to improve synergies between the various stakeholders in the area, providing a brief overview of data analysis, data storage methodologies and the results collected.During the event, an original video will be released based on six key concepts, extrapolated from the data collection done at the 2021 edition: benefits, challenges and solutions presented with culinary metaphors to better understand what we are talking about when we talk about the nature of data and its impact.
